Room to Grow
Mae Spring Collection

Given the plethora of restaurants that opened last week, you’d better get prepared to eat up.
May we suggest doing so in Mae. The L.A.-based line’s spring collection features tops, dresses, and shorts that are loose fitting in a sprightly sort of way (oh, this old thing?).
Favorites include a silk charmeuse romper with eyelet lace detailing and a hidden elastic waist, a babydoll blouse with crochet trim that you could hide a bun under, and a minidress that draws all eyes to the legs and away from the belly.
Pieces come in hues both vibrant (ice blue, teal, shell pink) and neutral (black, charcoal, gray, white), and there’s something appropriate for everything from swanky lounge to practical pub.
Just don’t spill on your new clothes.
Available at Sugarcube, 124 North Third Street (215-238-0825). To see styles, go to maesdressshop.com.
