Ida Mollenhauer’s Home-Cooked Meals

You have lots of culinary talents (eating, snacking, nibbling).
Cooking isn’t one of them.
Ida (pronounced eehta) Mollenhauer eats people like you for dinner (not really). The Kendall College grad owns a small catering company and dabbles in personal food services on the side.
For the time-crunched and kitchen-challenged, Mollenhauer will customize and deliver a weekly menu of organic, plant-based meals. Work full time? She’ll make five days’ worth. (Part-timers must order at least two.)
Sample dishes include hearty breakfasts (buckwheat pancakes with strawberry syrup), snacks (blueberry scones), and healthy lunches and dinners (spinach and Swiss chard cakes with goat cheese vinaigrette, carrot-apple soup, soy-glazed salmon with five-veggie brown rice).
She makes two or three servings of everything, so supplies should last for multiple meals.
Unless, of course, you’re a big Ida.
